Storage With Electricity Access

Good day to you all. I am looking into expanding the services of my online food company. For optimal operations, we will need a storage, that does provide electricity access as well.

I have been searching now for days to find something but nothing is popping up. Non of the well known storage's such as boxit or similar provide access to electricity .

We will need electricity because we are to implement into our assortment various food items that require cooling, so putting up a couple of fridges is our primary goal with the storage. 

Does anybody know's any company that can provide a storage with electricity access?
