købe property?

Hi Id like to know if anyone has used og knows how a købeoption/aftale works,terms and conditions. How to get one,requiremnets. Anyone have experience with this? which advokate should one use and costs involved. Im looking at renting a flat with the option to buy in future. Any help appreciated.

Im also inqusitive if there are others interested in property as investment or holiday homes. The site will provide information on property investment stratergies used abroad, co-buying which is used alot in u.k, and generate possible offers on below market value properties. Idea is to create a data base of members interested in knowing more and a forum,debate , members can upload properties for sale, rent or exchange. Anythoughts?
